EVERPOINT® Cardiovascular Needle is a surgical tool developed by ETHICON™, specifically designed for cardiovascular procedures. These needles are made from a non-magnetic tungsten-rhenium alloy (74/26)and feature a multi-layered silicone coating. This construction makes the needles stronger, more resistant to bending, and maintains sharpness even after multiple uses. We are introducing a significant innovation in the production of its EVERPOINT DEMO TEST product. Until now, we have manufactured this item from aluminum with a powder-coated finish and printed graphics.

Now, we are moving towards modern production using 3D printing with eco-friendly PLA material.

This shift brings numerous benefits — we significantly reduce the weight of the product, streamline production processes, and gain greater flexibility in design and customization thanks to 3D printing. Moreover, PLA is environmentally friendly because it is biodegradable.

Our goal is to maintain the high quality and functionality of EVERPOINT while advancing our production toward more modern and sustainable technologies.
