2. Ordering Process
Customers can place orders via our online store. Upon placing an order, the customer will receive an **order confirmation** by email, including a summary of the purchased items, total price, and payment details.
Payment Terms
We offer two secure payment methods:
- Bank Transfer – Orders will be processed once the payment is received.
- Online Payment via Comgate – Immediate processing through credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment methods.
All orders require payment in advance. The order will be shipped only after the payment has been confirmed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers:
- PPL for deliveries within the European Union
- DHL for deliveries outside the EU
Shipping Time
- Most items are in stock and are dispatched within 3 business days.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer to agree on a delivery timeline.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by destination and range from €4.20 to €142.00. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by the Seller
We reserve the right to cancel an order or part of it in the following cases:
- The product is no longer in production.
- The price has significantly changed due to supplier adjustments.
- The customer fails to make a payment and does not respond to communication.
If such a situation occurs, we will contact the customer to discuss an alternative solution or cancel the affected item(s).
5. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
6. Warranty and Complaints
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
For warranty claims, please provide:

📦 Order details (invoice or confirmation email)
