The Devotini Aortic Simulator is a low-fidelity training tool designed for deliberate and repeated practice of aortic valve surgery techniques. Developed by Dr. Roger Devotini, the simulator enables cardiovascular surgeons to refine their skills in aortic valve replacement, Bentall procedure, and Tirone-David aortic valve repair. The simulator can be used for home practice, or it can used during the Aortic Valve Simulation Skills Lab, where participants practice under the guidance of expert faculty followed by practicing at home.
